In April/May we shoot thin to help regulate crop growth.
Throughout the growing season we spray nutrients to help keep the vines well balanced.
When we have to, we also spray for certain types of pests.
In August we cover the vines with bird netting to protect our fruit for harvest.
Our grapes are harvested in September and proccessed at Central Coast Wineries including:
Justin, Clesi, Bianchi, Zenaida, Kelsey See, Qupe’.
Fall is a spectacular season as the leaves change color and the vines go dormant.
